MicroAV Security Center is poor copy of two other scams: Micro Antivirus 2009 and MS Antivirus. Neither of those works as anti-virus or anti-spyware; they just urge users to pay for a full version of a program, but if someone actually agrees to buy a license he never receives fully functional application.
